Warranty Information
In Australia and New Zealand, KAVU is distributed by WildAir Outdoors. WildAir warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects. Each product is covered by a manufacturers warranty.
Note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Modifications / alterations;
Damage caused by accident;
Negligence;
Improper care;
Breakdown of colours and materials due to sun exposure;
Damage from dogs or small children; and
Use for any other purpose than the product was intended to be used.
If purchased through our store or an authorised retailer, you may wish to first attempt return/exchange through the retailer however, all warranty issues accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.
Each warranty item is processed individually and must be returned to WildAir following completion of the warranty form below. WildAir will not pay for inbound shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. Please allow two weeks (10 business days) from the date that we receive the product(s) to be contacted or shipped replacement items. If a product colour is not available at the time of replacement, WildAir reserves the right to substitute a new colour should your chosen colour be unavailable. If this is the case you will be contacted to discuss this further.

Colour Disclaimer
We are all unique - and so are our displays. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently and/or may have their own display settings that can affect displayed colours. Hue, saturation, etc. all come into play. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.
We have done our very best to ensure that the product images displayed represent a true depiction of the product colours, but peepers and pixels are fickle beasts so KAVU cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
